Who We Serve

At Courage Center, we specialize in rehabilitation services for people with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, stroke, chronic pain, autism or disabilities experienced since birth. We offer physical, mental, occupational and vocational therapies, as well as assistive technology and independent living services. Then the fun starts - with accessible sports, pools, fitness centers and camps.
