Representatives from Algeria toured Courage Center on Tuesday, July 24, to learn more about rehabilitation and recreation for people with disabilities. The Algerian representatives are emerging international leaders and are visiting Minnesota as part of a national project on “Disability Rights and Issues” sponsored by the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program. Their visit to Courage Center was arranged through the Minnesota International Center. The representatives will be meeting with organization in Washington, D.C., Minneapolis, St. Louis and San Francisco.
