Courage Center offers aquatic physical therapy in a warm-water pool at our locations in Golden Valley and Stillwater. We also partner to offer pool physical therapy at community sites in Coon Rapids, Burnsville, Eden Prairie and Hudson, Wisc.
Warm-water therapy has been shown to increase independence in people of all ages with disabilities or chronic conditions. The water in our two pools is 92 degrees. The pools feature easy access for people of all abilities and multiple water depths for one-to-one therapy. Swimming skills are not required for pool therapy.
After physical therapy, a wide range of classes and individualized swimming options are available to continue exercising and keeping fit.
