Dealing with the after-effects of a brain injury or stroke can be complicated. At Courage Center, our experienced teams provide coordinated care for adults, teens and children throughout this complex rehabilitation process. 

The effects of any type of brain injury can be life-long and change over time. We can guide you through the rehabilitation process and help you learn more about the symptoms of brain injury, types of brain injury and stroke.

Continuum of Care 

Courage Center provides a contintinuum of care,  multiple services from infancy to adulthood on an inpatient, outpatient and community/at-home basis. We invite you to check out our results on the Outcomes page.
