Courage Center Forest Lake
Rehabilitation Services North of the Twin Cities
Courage Center Forest Lake is located in the heart of Forest Lake, north of the Twin Cities. We are a resource and rehabilitation center for infants, children, teens and adults with physical disabilities, delays in development, neurological conditions, brain injuries, sensory impairments and other health limitations.
Founded as a satellite of Courage Center St. Croix, the Forest Lake facility was established to bring Courage Center’s rehabilitation expertise to the north suburban and rural areas along Hwy 35.
Our full continuum of care and services focuses on a holistic approach with family involvement. Therapy services are designed to help children and adults reach their highest level of functional independence at home, school, work and in the community. Specific areas of focus include mobility, self-care and the ability to communicate. We recently added clinical space to expand therapy services for adults and adolescents.
Programs and services offered at Courage Center Forest Lake:
Occupational, physical and speech therapy for infants, children and teens.
Therapy for children with congenital disorders, physical/orthopedic conditions, developmental delays, communication disorders, sensory processing disorders and autism spectrum disorders. Our facility includes a sensory motor treatment gym.
