Courage Center Forest Lake is a resource and rehabilitation center for infants, children, teens and adults with physical disabilities, delays in development, neurological conditions, brain injuries, sensory impairments and other health limitations. We use a holistic approach with family involvement.
Therapy services are designed to help children and adults reach their highest level of functional independence at home, school, work and in the community. Specific areas of focus include mobility, self-care and the ability to communicate.
Occupational, physical and speech therapy for infants, children, teens and adults.
Physician services for adults.
Therapy for children with congenital disorders, physical/orthopedic conditions, developmental delays, communication disorders, sensory processing disorders and autism spectrum disorders. Our facility includes a sensory motor treatment gym.
