Description:The Client Service Specialist carries out all aspects of the appointment scheduling process for clients using appropriate software systems and technology. Responsibilities include; taking calls, reviewing funding, scheduling therapy services, documenting chronology of all communications and activities relating to client, and communicating to other departments as needed. This position is also responsible for front desk/receptionist work, answering phones and assisting with aide duties as needed.

Education/Work Experience
Required: High school diploma or equivalentOne year experience, preferably in a medical or insurance settingDemonstrated ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Preferred: Knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling experience a plus. Some college or equivalent
