Hours:On Call
Description:Courage Center is currently seeking on call Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to work at various locations. Locations include Golden Valley, Stillwater, Forest Lake and Burnsville. The on call Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant covers for therapists when they are on vacation, sick or on continuing education days. May also be needed for high census times based upon business unit need. Provides occupational therapy services in a clinic setting. Carries out treatment plans. Documents on all service provided.Requirements:1. Graduated with an Associates degree in related field, COTA2. Must be licensed in Minnesota3. Must be able to do assessments and carry out treatment plans4. Must be able to utilize computer to complete required documentation5. Must be organized and flexible
