5th annual Courage Cup Ski Race Benefits Courage Center’s Adapted Ski and Snowboard programs

WHAT:           5th annual Courage Cup Benefit Ski Race. Include race, raffle, silent auction and awards program. All proceeds benefit Courage Center’s adapted ski and snowboard programs for people with disabilities and visual impairments. The event is sponsored by Joe’s Sporting Goods and Trollhaugen.

WHEN:          Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012;  Registration: 9 a.m. – noon

Competition Class (advanced level): 11 a.m.
Sport Class (intermediate level): 1:30 p.m.
Awards, Silent Auction and Raffle:  4 p.m.

FORMAT:     Sign up in teams of three; a Courage Center adaptive skier will be assigned as a fourth member for each team. OR register individually and be assigned to a team on the day of the event. There are two race classes: Competition Class for advanced level skiers and boarders; and Sport Class for intermediate level participants.

WHERE:        Trollhaugen, 2232 100th Ave., Dresser, Wis. 

COST:            $75 for team of three; $25 individually
