Courage Cup Benefit Ski Race

Skiers and Snowboarders - Join Us for a Day of Fun

Compete, meet new friends and support Courage Center Ski & Snowboard.

When: Saturday Jan. 21, 2012, beginning at 9 a.m.

Schedule: 9 a.m. - noon - Registration

11 a.m.- Competition Class

1:30 p.m. - Sport Class

4 p.m. Awards

Cost: $75 for team of three; $25 for individual skiers

Register by Jan. 13 for a special drawing.

Where:  Trollhaugen Ski Area - Dresser, Wis.

Race Format: Sign up in teams of three (a Courage Center adaptive skier will be assigned as a fourth member for each team) OR register individually and be assigned to a team on the day of the event. There will be two race classes:

Ski and Snowboard

Courage Center Ski and Snowboard is a PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) teaching school that provides ski and snowboard instruction for people with physical disabilities or visual impairments.

Courage Center is a nonprofit rehabilitation and resource center that advances the lives of children and adults experiencing barriers to health and independence. Courage Center also specializes in treating brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, chronic pain, autism and disabilities experienced since birth. Founded in 1928, Minneapolis-based Courage Center offers advanced technologies and innovation provided in part through the efforts of thousands of volunteers and donors.
