Description:We have an opening in our Community Reintegration Program for a CRP Assistant. This is a high level brain injury recovery program led by an interdisciplinary team that strives to increase participant’s level of independence in the community. The CRP Assistant functions as a member of the rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive, integrated treatment to clients in the CRP under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager, program coordinator, and appropriate therapists. Monitors client’s physical and emotional status and response to treatment, notes changes in clients’ status and effect of treatment and brings to the immediate attention of the supervising therapist. Additionally, this position also follows up with clients regarding medication and medical plan.Requirements:
- Two to three years experience with brain injury or individuals with behavioral issues/problems.
- Degree in healthcare preferred.
