Can I designate my gift to a specific area of Courage Center?
If you have a specific program or area that holds special interest for you, you can make a donation and be assured that your gift will be used as you have requested. If you do not have a particular area in mind, unrestricted support is our greatest need.
How can I contact you to make a donation?
Go to the Donate Online section to make an immediate donation, or send us a check. We'd also love to hear from you by phone, e-mail, mail, fax or in person.
How can I donate gifts of stock?
There are a number of options for donating gifts of stock. See the Planned Giving page for more information.

How does contributing to an organization such as Courage Center benefit me?
In addition to having the satisfaction of knowing you made an impact on someone's life, you also receive tangible tax benefits from your donation. Charitable gifts are deductible to the full extent of the law, depending on whether you itemize and how you set up your donation. Is Courage Center a 501c3?
Yes, Courage Center is a non-profit organization and receives charitable gifts to support its programs and services. These gifts are deductible to you, the donor, as allowed by law.
Is Courage Foundation a 501c3?
Yes, Courage Foundation supports Courage Center programs and services. Gifts to the Foundation are deductible as allowed by law.

What percentage of donations goes to Courage Center programs?
More than 80 percent of your donation goes toward our programs and services. Courage Center spends 9 cents of every dollar to cover fundraising costs and an additional 10 cents of every dollar for administrative costs.

Will my name be sold if I donate?
To assist in fundraising efforts and to cut costs, Courage Center began to exchange names and addresses of our donors with other like-minded organizations in January 2002. These organizations may contact you by mail. If you do not want your information shared, please call us at 763-520-0539.
