Hours:Monday - Friday, Days40 hours/weekDescription:Position works closely with HR Operations Manager and the HR team to facilitate all aspects of the payroll process ensuring the smooth function of payroll and HRIS systems as well as timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll from start to finish. In addition, this position serves as the technical resource and customer service representative in the resolution of all payroll related and payroll system inquiries.
Major Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Professional Human Resources (PHR) desirable.
Problem Solving/Resources:Typical problems solved and resources available for their resolution.
Develops and maintains effective systems to organize and maintain numerous types and amounts of information and to meet specific deadlines. Identifying opportunities to streamline workflow and HRIS program problems, recommending and resolving barriers to efficiencies and greater utilization of technology to delivering HR services. Develops and runs queries and reports.
