Pamela J. Lindemoen

Executive Vice President of Operations

Pamela J. Lindemoen joined Courage Center in 2012 as executive vice president of operations, responsible for product/service lines and closely aligned support functions.

Lindemoen has extensive experience in strategy, system design, business growth and operational excellence in complex healthcare systems serving the full continuum of acute, outpatient and long-term care services. During part of 2011, she served as a consultant to Courage Center, bringing new perspectives on how to align both strategically and operationally to meet organizational goals.

Prior to joining Courage Center, Lindemoen held positions as chief operating officer at North Memorial Health Care; chief executive officer at WestHealth; administrator of medicine, Clinical Business Unit, HCMC; vice president Finance/Administrative Services, College of St. Catherine; executive VP, Corporate Systems and Services, Benedictine Health System; and SVP, Acute Care Operations and Professional Support, St. Mary’s Duluth Clinic Health System. She also served on several boards of directors for healthcare organizations, including Courage Center.

Lindemoen is a member of the American Hospital Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She has a masters of arts in management from the College of St. Scholastica and a bachelor of science in accounting/finance from Bemidji State University.
