Mary LeSourd, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) and senior aquatic specialist, has been at Courage Center Golden Valley since 1994.
Mary is a practitioner of Watsu, Zen Shiatsu and Reiki, and a certified provider of Aquatic Integration. She has training in adaptive Watsu, craniosacral therapy, basic acupressure and myofascial release. She also has been been certified in water safety instruction since 1976.
Mary is committed to providing integrative techniques utilizing principles of clinical assessment and breath/energy work, inviting the natural paths of intuitive healing for mind and body.
