Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Aquatic Program(Cosponsored by the National MS Society-MN Chapter)
This class focuses on walking warm-ups, range of motion of all major joints, strengthening and low-impact endurance exercises. Participants must be independent in the water. Cost: $55 for 1 day per week; $80 for 12 visits (Golden Valley only); $98 for a 10-week session.
