HoursOn CallShifts available between 3 - 6 p.m.Description – On Call Courage Center is currently seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist for our St. Croix (Stillwater) location for late afternoon and early evening pediatric appointments, to cover for therapists and during high census times. The OT will provide occupational therapy services in a clinic setting; complete assessments and carry out treatment plans; document on all services provided using computer. Therapist must be organized and flexible. Requirements 1. BS or MA in Occupational Therapy. 2. Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. 3. Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Minnesota.
