Hours:Full Time, 40 hours/weekDescription: This full time position will float between clinic sites in Golden Valley, Forest Lake, Stillwater and Burnsville - to cover for the therapists when they are on leave, vacation, sick or on continuing education days. Also, may be needed for high census times based upon business unit need.
The PT will provide physical therapy services in a clinic setting; develop and carry out treatment plans; document on all services provided. Therapist must be organized and flexible. Requirements: 1. Graduated in accredited program for physical therapy.2. Licensed in Minnesota.3. Ability to complete assessments and carry out treatment plans.4. Must be able to utilize computer to complete documentation.5. Must have reliable transportation.
