Hours:On Call Description:Courage Center is currently seeking on call Physical Therapists to work at various locations. Locations include Golden Valley, Stillwater, Forest Lake and Burnsville. The on call Physical Therapist position covers for therapists when they are on vacation, sick or on continuing education days. May also be needed for high census times based up on business unit need. Provides physical therapy services in a clinic setting. Carries out treatment plans. Documents on all services provided. Requirements:1. Graduate of an accredited program for physical therapy 2. Must be licensed in Minnesota 3. Must be able to do assessments and carry out treatment plans4. Must be able to utilize computer to complete required documentation5. Must be organized and flexible
