Description:
Courage Center is currently looking for on call Physical Therapist Assistants to work at various locations.  Locations include Golden Valley, Stillwater, Forest Lake and Burnsville.  The on call Physical Therapist Assistant covers for therapists when they are on vacation, sick or on continuing education days.  May also be needed for high census times based upon business unit need.  Provides physical therapy services in a clinic setting.  Carries out treatment plans.  Documents on all services provided. 

Requirements:
1.  Associates degree in PTA or related field
2.  Must be licensed in Minnesota
3.  Must be a able to do assessments and carry out treatment plans
4.  Must be able to utilize computer to complete required documentation
5.  Must be organized and flexible
