Client Receptionist I - Stillwater

Hours:
15-20/week

Description:

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients/visitors and directing clients/visitors to appropriate destinations. Answering phones, operating switchboard, collecting payments, filing and other additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge such as usually possessed by an individual with a high school diploma and one-year medical office experience.
  • Strong ability to communicate on phone and face-to-face with clients, staff and referral sources including physicians.
  • Ability to establish good rapport with clients and staff.
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and multiple duties at same time. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong technique for organizing and managing work priorities.
  • Experience, competence, and sensitivity in working with people with physical disabilities and people of diverse races and cultures are highly valuable.
