Ski & Snowboard Volunteers

Thank you Mounds View Ski Team for helping us celebrate "Olympic Days" at Hyland Hills. Your assistance with setting up the course, timing, cheering and generally helping out made a big difference to our participants. Check out the photos from the event (above).

Share Your Love of the Slopes

Join some to the region's most enthusiastic and talented skiers and snowboarders as a volunteer for Courage Center's Ski and Snowboard Program. You'll have fun, make new friends, and introduce someone with a disability to the world of snow sports, an activity they probably never dreamed they could do.

Our Program is Growing

Experienced skiers and boarders are needed as volunteer instructors. All volunteers receive instruction on adaptive equipment and techniques for teaching skiers and boarders with physical disabilities. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to participate in this program.
