Come get involved!

Courage Center Sports and Recreation offers an abundance of activities that encourage individuals with disabilities to lead active and healthy lifestyles. We offer programs for youth and adults, whether you are interested in competitive sports, recreational activities, opportunities for skill development, or just want to participate in a leisure activity – we have something for you!

The sports and recreation programs we offer are listed to the right. Please check out the unique opportunities each has to offer. If you have questions, contact our program coordinators who are listed on each program page.

Get in on the action as a volunteer

Take part in an enriching opportunity and volunteer with Courage Center Sports and Recreation! We seek volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of youth and adult athletes with disabilities. (Minimum age for Ski & Snowboard and Courage Riders volunteers is 16, for other sports, the minimum age is 14.) If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact Sue Nyberg at sue.nyberg@CourageCenter.org  or 763-520-0215.

Many thanks to our Sports and Recreation sponsors
