Work Readiness

Courage Center’s Work Readiness assessment evaluates readiness for employment and makes recommendations for competitive or supported employment. Clients work in an office environment on a range of tasks under the supervision of vocational evaluation staff. Clients also work on resume development, completing job applications and do mock interviews.

Work Readiness - a Personal Plan

An individualized service plan and expectations for clients and staff are discussed at intake.  A final written report summarizes the client’s overall work performance, highlighting strengths, weaknesses and recommendations for future employment.

This service is four weeks in length and is available at Courage Center Golden Valley and Courage Center Stillwater.
