Volunteer Opportunities
Introduction to Volunteering at Courage Center
Courage Center invites you to volunteer. Each year, more than 2,500 people participate in Courage Center's national award-winning volunteer program, contributing more than 89,000 hours of service - the equivalent of nearly 40 staff members and more than $2 million per year.
We actively seek and value volunteers with diverse perspectives and life experiences that enhance the quality of services provided by Courage Center. We work with each volunteer to find the best “match” – a position that addresses the individual's reasons for wanting to volunteer, and allows us to expand the services we provide to our clients and our community.
Why Volunteer?
Because you can establish goals for personal and professional growth, contribute to the quality of individual lives, explore career options, gain hands-on-experience and training, meet new people, give balance to your life, have an opportunity for scholarships, and develop your self as a leader.
