Getting Started with Therapy

Children of all ages may be referred by parents, health care providers and community agencies.

Our Pediatric Care Navigator acts as case manager to outpatients from birth to 18 years who receive services at our Golden Valley or Burnsville locations. Services include client contact, evaluation scheduling and ongoing coordination of care with client, physician and team. This unique service gives Courage Center clients, with complex needs, a go-to person to assist them and the team, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Please call 763-520-0494 or pedscarenavigator@couragecenter.org to speak with the Pediatric Care Navigator.

Courage Center is a participating provider with most health insurance plans, including medical assistance, and will work with you to answer questions regarding coverage. Please Note: Clients are responsible for checking with their insurance carriers to see if a referral is necessary for any service that is not specifically included in the list of services for which referrals are not required. See the Admissions page for details.
