Our experienced medical team does primary care, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and psychiatry. They treat people with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, stroke, congenital disabilities and other complex health issues affecting physical and mental health.
The Courage Center medical team takes a holistic approach to working with patients, with the goal of helping people reach their full potential through increased function.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday in Golden Valley and Monday through Thursday in Stillwater/Forest Lake. See the Provider Bios links in the right column to read more about our staff.
The work of our physicians compliments Courage Center's full continuum of rehabilitation services including, physical, occupational and speech therapies, warm-water pool therapy, fitness centers, drivers assessment and training, vocational services, assistive technology and pain management services.
Patients can be referred by their physicians or can make their own appointments without a referral, depending upon their insurance plan.
