Activity Levels

  • 69% rated their activity levels in normal daily activities as higher upon completion of aftercare
  • 75% had higher levels in 2 out of 3 areas of endurance, flexibility, and extension upon completion of aftercare

Mood

  • 85% reported a better mood (BDI-II scores) upon completion of the program
  • 78% reported a better mood (BDI-II scores) upon completion of aftercare

Medications

  • 67% of clients came into the program on narcotic medications
  • 82% reported elimination or decrease in narcotic use upon completion of the program
  • 86% reported elimination or decrease in narcotic use upon completion of aftercare

Surgery

  • 98% reported no surgery upon completion of aftercare

  • 94% of clients rated the program as excellent or good
  • 93% of referring physicians who saw their patient said the referral was worthwhile and 7% said that it was not
  • 64% of referring physicians did not see their patient in follow-up
  • 84% of primary physicians who saw their patient said that the referral was worthwhile and 16% did not know
