Physician's Order Required

You'll need an order from your physician to receive most inpatient or outpatient medical rehabilation services, including:

• Inpatient Transitional Rehabilitation
• Occupational therapy (adult, child)
• Physical therapy (adult, child or warm-water pool)
• Psychological/Behavioral Health Services (referrals usually required)
• Speech Language Therapy (adult, child)

Please check with your insurance carrier to see if a referral is necessary for any service that is not specifically included in the list of services for which referrals are not required.
