Survey for Voters with Disabilities

Courage Center is studying barriers to voter participation among individuals with disabilities. While the State of Minnesota has begun to address voting accessibility, we all recognize that there are many kinds of barriers to participating in elections.  We are asking you to complete this online survey.  It will take just a few minutes.

We are specifically interested in your experience with the LAST ELECTION, November 2008.  The results of this study will be used to assist efforts to reduce barriers to voting.

Before we record or analyze your information, we will remove any identifying information, such as your e-mail address. The information that you send us will not be linked to you in any way.

Participation in this study is voluntary; you are not obligated to complete the survey and can discontinue at any time. If you do not wish to participate, please just discard the survey.   If you have any questions, please contact Nancy Flinn, director of Outcomes and Research at 763.520.0210.

Thank you in advance for your help with this project.
